This week, try some recipes that taste like pizza, but, well, aren't! These dishes combine the basic elements of pizza - sauce, cheese and Italian spices, to create a pizza flavor in a new packaging. Kids will love the familiar flavor, but adults will love that it's not actually pizza.

Couscous for Breakfast I've never been a fan of "traditional" breakfast foods. Who decided that eggs and bacon make a good breakfast? I think some fried rice or a vegetable stir fry makes much more sense. But I digress. Here's another food you may never have considered eating for breakfast: couscous. Why not? It's low in fat, can be sweetened with a bit of fruit or honey, and served up just like any other hot cereal. Try this filling but low-calorie apple cinnamon couscous for breakfast (pictured) or this basic breakfast couscous with soy milk and raisins.

Read my tips for surviving dorm life, or just life without a stove or oven.
