I've never been a fan of "traditional" breakfast foods. Who decided that eggs and bacon make a good breakfast? I think some fried rice or a vegetable stir fry makes much more sense. But I digress. Here's another food you may never have considered eating for breakfast: couscous. Why not? It's low in fat, can be sweetened with a bit of fruit or honey, and served up just like any other hot cereal.
